In 2006, Seth McFarlane, creator of Family Guy, gave a speech to Harvard grads on what the students refer to as "Class Day". Seth decided to not only deliver the speech as himself, but also as some of the characters he voices on the show, namely Peter, Stewie and Quagmire. It's about 22 minutes long in all, so it's split up into four parts.
Seth's introduction as himself:
Part 2: Peter
Part 3: Stewie
Part 4: Quagmire
